All molds are hand mixed and poured, and trimmed by hand. As such, there may be minor imperfections. These minor imperfections could be micro bubbles (especially with etched designs), or a slight imperfection with trimming. They are purely cosmetic, can easily be covered when you finalize your products with a dome layer, and do not affect your final products.


Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations
I do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges. However, do not hesitate to reach out,
via the store’s contact form, if you have any issues.

Turnaround Times
*Molds that are not shelf molds take 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped. This depends heavily on work load and availability of silicone. Since molds are made to order, silicone may need to be purchased during the specified turnaround time.
*Due to the sheer volume of silicone required to produce shelf molds, the turnaround for these items is 4-8 weeks.
*3D printed items have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, which is heavily dependent upon workload and availability of materials.
Please note: Most molds will ship well within their specified turnaround time. Should your order be running late, I will make sure to reach out to you and let you know what's going on.

Shipping Info
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
You will be asked to pay an additional charge for your label if another one needs to be purchased.
*Most items will be shipped as first class packages. Should the weight of the package exceed 16 oz, shipping is automatically upgraded to Priority Mail. Please note that this is automatically done by USPS.
*Shipping prices are based upon weight.
Shipping Issues You May Encounter
Should your tracking info say pre-shipment or "Label created, not yet in system", it means that your package has not yet been scanned at the post office. Due to current world happenings, the post office is extremely backed up as they are short on employees. Your package may also say it is in pre-shipment for days, only to be delivered on time. Should you experience this issue, please wait 1 business week then reach out and I will assist you as best I can.
Should your tracking say your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please wait a few days as your package may have been improperly scanned. Most packages will show up within 1 business week. Alternatively, you can reach out to your local post office to see if they have any information for you.
If your package has been delayed, there is absolutely nothing I can do about this.
Please bear in mind, I am not the post office and once your package is out of my hands, I will have as much information and control as you. I would suggest reaching out to your local post office for more help and information.
